Changes to my study programme

Resultado de imagen para farmaceuticoNow I'm only in my first year of pharmacy, but I think a big change that could be great for the programme is made some practices in the first year. Is important for improve our education know what we want to do and have motivation for study, but is difficult keep trying when you don't know what a pharmacist really do, what are their potential and their resposabilities? I think is not the same listen someone's experience that live it by your own. I think the university could it be more flexibly in this topic.
In Pharmacy we have to study different subjects, starting with physics, math, chemistry, laboratories, to continue with clinical pharmacy, assistant pharmacy, biology, organic chemistry, analytic chemistry, biochemistry a lot of chemistry!, and more pharmacological subjects . Every subjects in the programme is important around the career, but if is a very overload programme. We have a lot of workload in all the years of the career, with 7 or 8 subjects in every semester! A good change could it be cut some subjects less important.

I thought it was ugly and very small, and we don't have enough study spaces. But with the time I learned to appreciate the laboratories and the technology that it have, not all the universities have these kind of laboratories and the important part is learned, it doesn't matter if isn’t in a cute place, but is necessary add some spaces for study. 
I like my teachers, they are very intelligent and prepared people, but I think they could change some teaching methods. Sometimes is difficult follow their rhythm with a face to face class, I think the method of been all day in the class doesn't work for improve learning. Some online class it'll be great.

    I've heard that some degrees have practical activities on the first year. I agree with you, It will be so nice if we have it too.

My experience about learning English at university was new and fun. I thought it was go in to be a boring subject and very hard to follow the rhythm and understand. I'm happy I was wrong. I learned a lot of useful things, find directions, make tourism, different types of questions, aspect of my career in English, etc. And of course the most important to me was express myself in English, even if I just do it while I write. I think blogs were a very good idea to improve learning, I could find a new way to express an opinion in other language. The best holiday I've had

Puerto Montt A short time ago, the last year to be exactly, I had the best time of my life when I visited Puerto Montt. I had never been faraway at my home, even on holidays. But this time my mother and I wanted a different experience.  Puerto Montt is beautiful, the best decision for spend our days, but so cold. It was September when we gone, for 9 days. When we arrived I couldn't stand the cold. I take so much pictures, but my face was covered in all because I could freeze if I take out my scarf. The first days we visited the center of Puerto Montt, the church, Angelmo and Ancud, people were very kind with us.  Puerto Varas The rest of the days we go to Chiloe, I keep good memories of the island, especially the travel on ferry, it was relaxing and I have the opportunity of enjoy the blue ocean of that region, we walk around Castro and of course I eat a lot, Chiloe has cheap prices on food. My future job

When I finish my major I would like to work in a hospital. I think my life will have more meaning if everyday I could help someone, especially if is someone’s who is sick.  Is difficult think about what a pharmacist do in a hospital, but they are an important part of the team, they need to provide medicines for all the hospital. When my  classmates and I visited a hospital we learn to much about they. I imagined a new adventure every day in the hospital, meeting new people, and new sickness. I'm a very shy person, so an outdoors job is a challenge for me, but is the only idea that makes me happy. Now I’m studying a Pharmacy’s major and in the future I will like a master's in Clinic Pharmacy because is a good choice to improve my career.  I really like the idea of traveling, but I'm not into traveling for work, I think is fun just the first time, but be away of your family mostly of the time sounds sad for me.  Of course I will like had a good salary, but...
